At Recoro our vision is to understand video calls just like a human – decoding verbal, vocal and visual levels of communication with our multimodal AI. We are creative and prolific engineers, AI scientists and students working at Recoro, funded by the EXIST research transfer and private investors. Learn early, learn often, enjoy! Our tech fundamentals revolve around ML/DL, user-driven product and real-time mass data.
🧠 Why we do this
Enabling learning is in the core of our values. In the last years, we have supervised more than 10 student projects in software engineering and AI projects. With strong roots in academia and startups, we know the immense value of working with students in providing continuous momentum and view you as a part of our company culture. Over time, a wealth of experience has built up that allows students to be free-spirited while also providing clear structure to improve their skills, tackle focused tasks, and develop products that solve real-world problems. From our personal experience, these hands-on experiences are an ideal complement to the university curriculum. For us, it is important to give students the freedom to explore and experiment while having explicit goals. Most of our current collaborators are from TUM and are computer scientists. We see this as a great opportunity to collaborate, understand each other and pave a way for the future.

Final grade is composed of theoretical and practical part. The practical part is evaluated phase by phase and has the most impact on the final grade.
